GSMArena has managed to grab a scoop of the specifications and pricing of the upcoming budget Moto G handset from Motorola. The Moto G will apparently sell at Phones4u for £135 outright (thought it isn’t clear if that is unlocked or locked to a network carrier, my guess would be locked to a carrier), that’s $215 or €155 but if you consider that price probably includes a 20% UK VAT rate then then a price of $170 seems more realistic for the USA.
The specifications are confirmed to be similar to the report we brought you a few days ago. That means we’ve still got the 1.2GHz Qualcomm S4 Pro quad core CPU, 8GB of storage (with an expected 16GB model available), Android 4.3, microSD expandability up to 64GB, a front 1.3MP camera and rear 5MP camera. There’s a slight change with regards to the screen size as it is actually a 4.5″, not 4.7″ as previously reported, edge-to-edge 1280 x 720 display with Corning Gorilla Glass and a 329PPI density.
