MSI brings the Core i7 to the G Series Gaming Notebooks

If you were either lucky or close enough to attend to the GeForce LAN 6 hosted by Nvidia in California these past days, you might have seen some kind of a “déjà vu” from MSI, although that’s because you weren’t paying attention, as MSI has announced an update to their already reputable G Series gaming notebooks.
The models we’re talking about are the GT780DXR and the GT683DXR gaming notebooks as well as the X460 ultra slim models, in which you will be able to get with a higher-end version of the processor with Intel’s Core i7-2670QM.
As part of the GeForce event, MSI promoted a couple more of their recent products, as well as giveaways and contest, one of which is currently available for participations, the “Light’em UP” giveaway, unfortunately restricted to the US only.
Anyway, for those lucky enough to be able to enter, MSI is giving away a GT780DXR gaming notebook, three MSI N560GTX-TI Hawk graphics card as well as 50 SteelSeries Kinzu Mouse, all of which valued at $1749.99, $259.99 and $34.99 each respectively.

It’s not over yet, MSI is continuing to hand over goodies, from the October 14 to November 13, MSI is offering a limited quantity of free SteelSeries gaming headsets and mice with the purchase of one of MSI’s gaming notebooks featuring Nvidia’s GTX 570M graphics card, with the eligible models including the GT683DXR, the GT780DXR and the GT780DX.
