MSI has just launched its most advanced gaming mouse to date, the Clutch GM51! The latest gaming mouse in their range comes in both a wired and wireless variant too, however, the wireless one can be used in a wired mode too, so you get the best of both worlds with that one.
As the successor of the fantastic Clutch GM41/GM31, the Clutch GM51 Lightweight Series gaming mice share a lot of the same designs as their predecessors, but everything else about it has seen quite the upgrade! The Clutch GM51 Lightweight reduces its plastic use and overall weight, making it just 75 grams. It features right-handed ergonomics, and the side grips are designed with the patented MSI Diamond LightGrips design, allowing for, well, grip, but also a pretty cool light show too.
The wireless version of the mouse weighs in at only 85 grams, has a maximum DPI of 26000, 650 IPS movement tracking, 50G acceleration thanks to the top-notch PixArt PAW-3395 optical sensor, and the latest 2.4G wireless technology – MSI SwiftSpeed.
The mouse also supports two advanced charging solutions including MSI Snap Charging (wired) which offers a 3 times faster charging experience, while the included MSI Charging Dock offers a convenient standard charging solution by stationing the mouse on it. Equipped with a high-capacity 550 mAH battery, achieve up to 150 hours of battery life on a single charge when connected via MSI SwiftSpeed’s 2.4G wireless connection.
Both of the mice come equipped with three onboard memory profiles. You can customise various settings through MSI Center, applying various RGB effects, macros, and profiles to suit your needs. The mouse comes equipped with Omron switches under the left and right mouse click buttons rated to last over 60 million clicks. The 100% PTFE skates have a single-directional surface texture that provides a nearly frictionless glide for accurate high-speed mouse movements.
