MSI Force GC30 V2 White Multi-Format Controller Review

Packaging & Accessories
The controller comes in a fairly compact white box. Unfortunately, it looks like my courier sat on the box, most likely because they actually did. I had a few things turn up crushed from that delivery, so it’s unlikely MSI’s fault. However, you do get a nice photo of the controller up on the front.
Around the back, a quick breakdown of the main features, such as the unique D-Pad cover, durable switches, and dual vibrating motors.
The packaging protects the controller really well, I mean, the box is trashed, and the controller is fine, so it’s clearly doing its job.
In the box, you’ll find the controller, obviously, as well as two USB cables, the dongle, and an additional D-PAD cover.
There are two D-PAD covers, one is the classic cross shape, while the other is more like a pie dish.
They’re magnetic too, allowing for quick changes.
The dongle is simple enough, just plug and play.
A Micro-USB cable with a Type-C on the end, allowing you to directly jack it into your phone or similar android device.
There’s also a longer USB-A cable, allowing you to play/charge on your PC or other compatible devices.
