CrystalDiskMark is a small HDD benchmark utility for your hard drive that enables you to rapidly measure sequential and random read/write speeds.

USB performance is a little lower than expected on the read front with speeds sitting just over the 260MB/s mark, however write speeds show an improvement with over 134MB/s recorded – that’s more than 50MB/s more than the top performing gaming system that was sent to me by OcUK
