MSI GTX 1660 6GB Gaming X Graphics Card Review

Overclocking

Normally, we would look at these figures and be impressed. However, we ran into a bit of a timing issue with this sample. It was the first GTX 1660 we tested, and the card had to be rushed to another media. After testing the other GTX 1660 cards, we realised we could OC much higher than this. For that reason, we will not be providing the GPU-Z screenshot. Furthermore, we present our figures as they are for now, but will aim to have the new chart, new GPU-Z screenshot, and we expect performance over +10% in 3DMark and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Seriously, these cards can overclocked hard, and we can’t wait to show you when we have more time with the card later this week.

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
