MSI Intel Motherboards Showcased at Computex 2017

MSI Intel Motherboards

With a huge range of motherboards on display here at Computex 2017, it’s clear that MSI are taking the second half of 2017 by storm! We’ve a lot of ground to cover here, so let’s kick things off!

B250M Bazooka Opt Boost

This tidy mini-ITX board, comes with Optane pre-installed, giving you a big performance boost. Of course, you’ll also find LED lighting, gaming LAN, Audio Boost, and other cool features to improve your gaming system experience. On top of that, support for 6th and 7th gen Intel CPUs, 4 x DDR 2400MHz memory, M.2, and an Armoured PCIe slot. This looks set to be a great high-performance, mid-budget gaming board.

B250M PRO OPT BOOST

A step down from the board above, but without a focus on gaming. For performance on a tighter budget, but it still packs Optane out of the box, and 2 x DIMM slots; more than enough for many system builds.

Z270M MORTAR

Moving up the range to the higher-end Z270 chipset, the MORTAR packs high-end features like M.2 Steel Armor, NVMe support, Optane Ready, higher performance audio hardware, and a more aggressive design.

Z270 GAMING M7

A true gaming focused board now, with a more comprehensive power delivery system, VRM cooling, and more extensive Armor hardware; overclocking is no doubt a big focus here. As you can see, we have 3 x M.2 here, as well as 3 x Armor PCIe slots, giving you room for a multi-GPU configuration.

Z270 GODLIKE GAMING

When only the best will do, this motherboard has pretty much every feature you could ever need, and then some. Aside from the rather extreme aesthetics, Armor, extensive LED lighting and more, you’ll also find some nice specs. It’ll support Killer MULTI GIG Tech, Audio Boost 4 Extreme, the World’s Fastest USB 3.1 Gen 2 controller, 3 x M.2, Optane, Turbo U.2, and much more!

4 x SLI support is awesome, but who cares when you get this badass LED backplate.

When only LAN will do!

Prices and Availability

All of these boards should be rolling out now. Prices will obviously vary, so we’ll update you as soon as possible. Otherwise, it may be best checking with your local retailers.
