Packaging

The box for this PC is freaking huge, and while I don’t mean to skip ahead too much, the box is a LOT bigger than the system contained within.

The outer box and inner box are both made from incredibly durable cardboard. The box alone is pretty heavy.

Inside, there’s a vast amount of compressable high-density foam.

Around 50% of the width of the box is purely foam padding and cardboard. I’d wrap my firstborn in less to keep them safe. Alas, if this thing turns up with a dent, I’ll be amazed.

I won’t lie, lifting this out was a test. It’s got funny angles all over it and it’s extremely heavy despite the compact size.

Ta-da, getting there!

A heavy duty cloth bag is covering the case, ensuring dust and debris can’t scratch it.

Plus, there’s a box with all the cables and documents in (nothing exciting), and then the PC its self. As you can see, there’s protective plastic everywhere, so let me pull all that off, then we’ll see this thing up close.
