MSI MPG B760I EDGE WIFI DDR5 Motherboard Review

The other key areas that are worth focussing on though comes down to VRM temperatures, which can differ wildly depending on the amount, the capacity of the current that can pass through them, and of course how the various heatsinks handle that power, which in turn, creates heat.

VRM Temperatures

The VRM does run a little hot after our hour 1-hour torture test, but honestly, this is better than I expected, and a clear lead on the B760M, and B760 Gaming X boards. Not that we expect it to run this hot while gaming, but with good airflow the performance of the CPU and VRM should be maintained easily enough.
