MSI RADEON RX 6750 XT GAMING X TRIO Review

So we’ve had the RX 6650 XT that we were severely disappointed by in our review, and we’ve also had the RX 6950 XT that we were very impressed by in our review. So what about the in between? That is where the RX 6750 XT comes in; It doesn’t sit as low in the food chain as the 6650 XT does and is nowhere near the top of the pecking order like the 6950 XT is.

This new wave of cards from AMD is taking a slightly different approach from previous refreshes that they have done; this time around, the idea isn’t that this isn’t a brand-new card but rather it’s a new variant of the older cards, hence the addition of the 50 on the end of the cards name. Despite the approach to the naming scheme, these are still being treated as a refresh and will be taking the place of the non-50 variants on the market. So what can we expect from this newest card from AMD?

We’ll be looking at a card from MSI for our testing, a veteran in GPU manufacturing. They have provided us with an RX 6750 XT GAMING X TRIO to look at; with the track record of previous MSI Gaming X cards, I expect a decently cooled card that is well-built and premium, with some RGB of course. We will be using this card to evaluate if the performance increase of the card makes it worth the higher price point.
