There’s a lot of pointless RGB lighting in the world, and that’s not to say it’s not fun, but it’s not always functional. MSI has joined forces with Steelseries to create an RGB LED strip that can technically be added to any display. It has a five zone lighting system, with full flow RGB effects throughout. However, through the software, you can assign all kinds of cool and useful effects to it.
Playing CS:GO and need one block to flash when the bomb is set? How about a health bar notification, or a Discord notification? You get the idea. Obviously, you can just use it for some swag visuals, but I love that they’re adding practical effects too. Is it for everyone? Obviously not, but I’m sure there are a fair few people out there who would love this.
We hope to see it hitting the market in the near future. Would you buy one?
