MSI Haven’t got a huge amount on show here at CES 2018, but they have got their latest GT75VR Titan. This beast of a system comes equipped with the Intel Core i7 range of CPUs. Gamers will be happy to see it available with the GTX 1070, 1070 SLI, or GTX 1080 graphics cards. Storage comes courtesy of a pair of NMVe M.2 SSDs, as well as a 2.5″ HDD. You can expect fast connectivity too, thanks to AC wireless and Gigabit LAN. This system is a beast in size too, equipped with a 17.3″ panel which comes with a 120hz HD or IPS 4K option.
This system is no slouch either, again offering a 1080P or 4K IPS panel, and anything from a GTX 1050 Ti up to the GTX 1070.
Again, a pretty similar form factor to the one above. However, this one also goes right down to a GTX 1050 should you need to save some cash. Although, if you go all out, you can get the fastest i7 CPU, GTX 1070 and a 4K eDP IPS display.
Not much to explain here, other than they’re given their software a huge overhaul. It’s now easier than ever to customise and control all aspects of your MSI hardware and peripherals.
Take note that the CPU says Intel CPU 0000, we think we spotted the 8th gen chip in the wild! MSI said “mumble bumble, cannot confirm” or something to that effect. We know what we see.
Moving on, their Vortex series has gone from being a drum shape to being an ultra-slim console format. Make no mistake though, these powerful systems still pack some impressive hardware. The red trimmed model is the consumer gaming version, perfect for the office, living room, VR, and much more. The green model, however, comes with Xeon and the latest Quadro GPU for the workstation market.
