MSI Unveils New X399 Threadripper Motherboard

MSI is launching three new motherboards, one of which supports AMD’s high-end Threadripper CPUs. The SocketTR4 MSI X399 Gaming Pro Carbon AC features swappable heatsink covers, four reinforced PCIe slots, and three M.2 SSD slots. Meanwhile, is also launching the Ryzen-supporting X370 Gaming M7 ACK and B350 Tomahawk Plus motherboards.

Threadripper Motherboard – X399 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

The motherboard boasts the following features:

  • 4x PCIe slots with Steel Armor
  • Support for 4-way NVIDIA SLI and 4-way AMD CrossFire
  • 3x M.2 SSD slots
  • Fully exchangeable heatsink covers
  • X-Mounting accessories to support 3D printing and modding
  • Mystic Light RGB LEDs
  • Lightning USB 3.1 Gen 2

The X370 Gaming M7 ACK features:
