Memory performance is right where we expected it to be, scoring similar results to all other X299 motherboards tested so far. Obviously, there are no issue here either, so far so good!

Combined Latency Test

Memory latency is quite high on the many-core CPUs this year, but the SLI Plus still fared better than most in both tests.

  1. Looks like this is due to become standard – waiting to hear if they have the 1070ti solution out – then an 8 Gig graphics card becomes doable for the X-series

    The combination of a serious motherboard, 1070 graphics and a minimum 2.7 ghz processor are really the basics that have been missing for laptops – needed to compare with PCs
