Gaming Performance
This may be a workstation motherboard, but it’s wearing a gaming badge. So obviously, it’s built for those who love to create content, but also those who want to play games. It has to deliver solid gaming performance, otherwise, what’s the point? Now, we know it’s not going to beat the Z370 stuff, that’s a different ball game altogether. However, In Deus Ex, it set a respectable 128.2 FPS, and 202 FPS in Rise of the Tomb Raider, which is very impressive scores indeed. For the very demanding Ghost Recon, it hit 139.7 FPS with ease, and it powered into Far Cry Primal with an equally respectable 131 FPS. Is it the fastest ever? No, but it’s far from the slowest, and more than enough to put a smile on your face.
