Software Overview
The MSI X670E ACE comes with a USB flash drive which includes a bunch of drivers, but also includes MSI Center, which allows you to control different aspects of your motherboard through modules. Instead of having a ton of applications for different tasks, motherboard vendors are making a move to a single piece of software, where you can install just what you want, without having extra bloatware that doesn’t apply to you.
Within the MSI Center, you can install the Mystic Light module to control lighting, look at the system diagnosis to get a general idea on how various components are performing and drill down a little further using the hardware monitoring feature.
It’s definitely a step up from having multiple pieces of software, but I do feel it has a little way to go to compete with other more established applications on the market that already have a lot of the features built-in.
