Memory Performance
AIDA64 Engineer
In terms of memory bandwidth, the motherboard recorded superb numbers and featured much better read rates than other manufacturers.
Overclocking the CPU leveraged extra performance and allowed for the first read result above 60,000. This is an astonishing achievement and worthy of commendation.
SiSoft Sandra
On a similar note, the motherboard managed impressive figures during the Sandra memory benchmark and just got pipped by the original MSI X99A GODLIKE GAMING. Saying that, the difference is tiny and within a margin of error.
After the overclock was applied, the memory bandwidth increases slightly and the top results are extremely close.
Combined Latency Test
When it comes to latency, the stock figure remains exceptionally low and is a major improvement compared to products from the likes of ASUS and Gigabyte.
Once overclocked, the latency reduces by a minuscule amount the there’s nothing to choose between the original GODLIKE and CARBON edition.
