Unfortunately, the motherboard’s M.2 read rate wasn’t very good despite utilising the fabled M.2 shield. I’m not entirely sure why this was the case and I’m hoping to get another sample to test this feature out again. Thankfully, the SATA rate was superb but the USB 3.0 speeds have some room for improvement.

Linear Write

Throughout linear write testing, the M.2 rate was impressive and didn’t drop in a sudden manner. Additionally, the SATA write speeds were great and the USB 3.0 performance deserves praise.
