Performance
Cinebench
As one of the fastest kits we’ve tested, it’s no surprise that the Ridgeback is right at the top of our Cinebench results.
Overclocking delivered a tiny increase in performance; the Ridgeback is still the fastest tested in Cinebench.
AIDA64
Again we see the Ridgeback dominating the chart. The Write speeds, in particular, are nothing short of spectacular.
Overclocking to 3333 MHz made the read and write performance slower. However, there are some significant gains in the Copy speeds.
Excellent latency results, clocking in under 50ns.
Overclocking saw a 0.1ns improvement in latency; not a significant improvement, but every little helps.
SiSoft Sandra
Once again, the Ridgeback dominates. What’s most impressive is the Integer results, clocking higher than any of the other kits tested.
Overclocking brought some very nice improvements too, pushing the Aggregate and Float performance up to match the Integer score of 32 GB/s.
WPrime
Not our fastest time, but certainly competitive at just 5.49 second.
Overclocking improved the score slightly, bringing the time down to just 5.458 seconds.
3DMark Fire Strike
Faster speeds are bringing the goods once again. The Ridgeback tops the charts, if only by a small margin.
While overclocked, the Ridgeback managed to maintain its lead, even though the overall 3DMark score dropped by 6 points.
