myFirst Introduces CareBuds, Earbuds for Kids

myFirst has today revealed their CareBuds designed for children taking into consideration volume safety to protect their developing ears.

myFirst is a Singapore-based tech brand with a focus on providing technology aimed at children. Today they have launched the CareBuds earbuds which offer an array of features to ensure children have a safe and enjoyable listening experience. These earbuds feature a maximum volume of 85dB to prevent them from being cranked up to unsafe levels. Additionally, the earbuds use a Smart Transparency Mode which activates when the earbuds detect movement. This feature enables children to be aware of their surroundings when they are walking and will provide parents with peace of mind.

Specs

Children often have active lifestyles when they aren’t glued to an iPad and as such these earbuds are ready to take that on. With an IPX4 water resistance rating these earbuds are ideal for outdoor play and activities though aren’t safe in the shower or for swimming. The charging case features a 400mAh battery which enables up to 25 hours of play and the earbuds themselves can carry up to 6 hours of playtime. This charging case also uses a sloped design to allow the earbuds to be effortlessly removed plus they come with an anti-loss strip.

The myFirst CareBuds Earbuds are available now from the myFirst UK website for £49.90 and the myFirst USA website for $49.99 in Space Blue, Blue Cotton Candy and White.
