One of the biggest things at CES 2019 was the introduction of RTX powered gaming laptops. Of course, there’s also the introduction of the latest and greatest Intel mobile CPUs too, and Aorus were right on top of both innovations.
First up is their Aorus 15, which comes equipped with the blazing fast Intel Core i7-8750 CPU, as well as a choice of RTX graphics cards. That means mobile gaming can now take advantage of Ray Tracing, DLSS, and other RTX features.
It’s a slick looking system too, tuned for high-performance and airflow. It also features a gorgeous 144Hz panel, slim bezels, and full RGB gaming keyboard.
The latest Aero is also getting a big upgrade too. It still maintains a super slim form factor, and some of the slimmest bezels you’ll find on a laptop. However, it packs a mighty i9-8950HK processor, combined with an Nvidia RTx 2080 graphics card for extreme workstation and gaming performance.
For those that want something a little more affordable, you can get the X9, which comes with the same CPU, or a slightly less powerful i7-8750H, and an RTX 2070 graphics card. Both models feature a 15.6″ display, with a UHD panel on the Y9 and X9. However, the X9 also has a 144Hz FHD IPS panel.
