Cooler Master have released an updated version of the Cosmos line of PC cases which gave Cooler Master its name as a maker of quality PC cases. The case is very curved in its design and has the suspended rails on the top and bottom much like the Cosmos I case. The case has additional air intakes on the side panels which the original Cosmos didn’t have but the Cosmos II is still of a very similar size.
The front panel features two USB 3.0 ports and four USB 2.0 ports alongside the standard audio jacks and power/reset buttons. Five LED’s exist: Front, Top, GPU, LED and HDD. The front of the case is covered by a slider which when pulled down reveals three external 5.25″ drive bays and two external 3.5″ bays. Inside you will find 11 3.5″ drive bays with some of them being adaptable for 2.5″ drives. The lower hard drive bays rely on two optional 120mm fans for cooling while the top ones use the front 200mm intake fan for cooling.
A Padded PSU bay, wide CPU socket cut-out, XL-ATX motherboard support, Liquid cooling tube holes, 10 PCI-E Expansion slots, lots of cable management options and many spaces for additional fan cooling. Expect the case to hit the market in September.
