Phanteks has announced a new CPU cooler. The PH-TC14PE (not the catchiest name ever….) is a large CPU cooling tower that will be available in silver, orange blue or red. Phanteks are emphasizing the use of their C.P.S.C technology or cold plasma spray coating which apparently increases the heat conductivity of the metallic components of the CPU cooler allowing the heat pipes and contact base to transfer heat faster.
A Premium edition is available to support higher overclocks which has the P.A.T.S (Physical Antioxidant Thermal Shield) technology which will apparently give even better heat dissipation. The core of the design is based around five 8mm copper pipes and a large dual heat sink tower design. Two 140mm Phantek fans come equipped (PH-F140TS Premium Fans) in a push-pull configuration and a third fan is optional. It is compatible with all Intel CPUs back to LGA 775 and all AMD CPUs back to AM2. It will cost between 79.90 and 84.90 depending on the model chosen.
