Aorus ATC 700
Earlier this year, we took a look at the first CPU air cooler from Gigabyte Aorus. Now they’re back again with the Gigabyte Aorus ATC 700 CPU Cooler.
Slimmer and Sleeker
The new cooler was first displayed at Computex a few months ago. Now it’s steadily making its way toward a retail release. It’s noticeably slimmer and sleeker than their first model. It still uses the same 120mm fan design. However, with three 10mm thick copper heat pipes, as well as a full aluminium heat stack, it should be a nicely capable cooler.
RGB!
The ATC has a unique look, thanks to its ABS shroud which covers the top of the cooling tower. Of course, it wouldn’t be a “gaming” product without RGB, and it has plenty. The top shroud has an RGB LED backlit Aorus logo, giving you some added customisation to play with.
Fans
The fans are both 120mm 4-pin PWM. Each uses a double ball-bearing design, with an operation speed of 500 – 1700 RPM. Gigabyte claim they’ll produce 14 – 53 CFM and 12 – 31 dBa.
Release Date and Price
Unfortunately, it seems this is just the first step on the PR train. No price or release date just yet, but we’re certain it’ll be competitively priced and on the market very soon. We’ll update you as soon as we know more.
