The PlayStation 4 may be just around the corner, and as much as I would have loved to see Gran Turismo being a launch title on the new hardware I cannot deny that the PlayStation 3 deserves to go out with a bang and Gran Turismo 6 is shaping up to be a truly epic high note in the consoles history.
Personally I’ve been GT fan since the PS1, the games have always had a softspot in my heart. However, I found GT5 to be beyond dull, uninteresting and far too technical to be fun, leaving me to jump ship to Forza and I didn’t look back, until now! Gran Turismo 6 is starting to shape up as the racer the PlayStation 3 has long deserved and if development keeps moving on a fluid as it has been, we should be in for a real treat.
As you can see in the images and video below, the graphics are looking great giving that the hardware is showing its age and it certainly rivals anything Forza on the Xbox 360 has to offer. Of course if you’re still on the fence about this one, we will have a full review for you around the games release date, so stay tuned.
