We love a good gaming chair, and the new ones from ThunderX3 are certainly standing out from the crowd. Their flagship model (above and below) is packed full of features. Firstly, the backrest shape looks more like an evil throne than a typical racing seat design, which is fantastic. It comes with one of the largest backrest cushions we’ve ever seen too, so you can really get laid back into it and relax. Of course, there’s a big headrest cushion too, helping to keep a good posture and comfort level.
It that wasn’t cool enough, right in the back, an RGB LED lighting model. This is all self-controlled from the chair and runs from a USB power bank that tucks into the base of the chair.
A few of their other designs are quite unique as well. They have a comfortable wide body design, adjustable back and height, as well as armrests. The neck cushion is pretty funky, but plenty of padding and a handy neck pillow top is a welcome touch.
There’s a fair few to choose from, and we expect them to be hitting the market throughout the year. Keep an eye on your local retailer for stock and prices!
This one is cool. Normally you can’t tip a chair right back. However, this goes beyond and you can properly lay down. Normally a chair feels like it’s going to tip when you do, but that’s not the case here.
Andy hopped on for a quick nap, tried to hide his Christmas padding on his waste and sure enough, it wasn’t tipping over anytime soon.
