New VGA cooler from Titan to be released

Titan has announced a new VGA cooler in the form of dual fans in a PCI slot. This cooler is very flexible as the fans can be changed due to its X form holder. The fans themselves can be re-positioned for optimizing the airflow and a fan controller is also placed on the back plate for more control.
