Last month NVIDIA hosted a giveaway for a one-of-a-kind NFS Unbound edition RTX 4090 and following a report from VideoCards it seems as though one of the 18 lucky winners of this unique card has decided to sell it and the included backplate on the Canadian auction site Kijiji.
Most people would be quick to jump on and call the seller “ungrateful” or “greedy” but if you win a giveaway it’s your choice what you do with it even if that means selling it. The seller said “I’m selling it because I simply can’t use it with my pc and rather sell it and make use of the money,” which is a fair enough reason for me, the 4090 is a very power-hungry and enormous card and not everyone has the budget to ensure the rest of their system is up to scratch for such a card. In terms of the price, the seller stuck to the price on the receipt for the card converted from USD to CAD and still gave it a generous discount.
