With the Noctua NF-S12A FLX we get an extension cable, two low noise adapters, a molex adapter for 12volts, four fan screws and four anti vibration rubber fan mounts.
With the Noctua NF-S12A ULN we get one low noise adapter, an extension cable, a molex adapter for 12 volts, four silver fan screws and four anti vibration rubber fan mounts.
With the Noctua NF-S12A PWM we get a low noise adapter, y splitter cable, extension cable, four fan screws and four anti vibration rubber fan mounts.
The NF-S12A fans all use the same physical design. They feature integrated anti vibration corners, notched fan blades A.K.A the anti-stall knobs and a stepped inlet design (the “bumpy bit” that flows down into the main part of the fan).
From the back you can see the specifics of the particular fan including power consumption and fan type. All fans use the SS02 fan motor with a metal bearing shell which gives more reliability, precision and performance. The SS02 bearing is so reliable that Noctua happily offer a 6 year warranty on all of these fans.
From the side we can see a standard 25mm thickness as well as arrows marking the direction of airflow. The “rubber bits” sticking out from the corners allow you to tuck the fan cables away inside the fan frame.
