Noctua Reveals NA-FH1 Eight-Channel PWM Fan Hub

Noctua has today presented its new NA-FH1 fan hub with 8 channels.

Noctua NA-FH1

The Noctua NA-FH1 is a high-quality fan hub which features 8 channels allowing for up to 8 PWM fans to be controlled simultaneously through a single PWM motherboard fan header. The hub supports both 12V and 5V fans with both 4-pin PWM and 3-pin connectors. The NA-FH1 can be powered either by its S-ATA input (12V fans, up to 54W) or the 4-pin PWM input (for 5V and 12V fans, up to 24W). The NA-FH1 is easily installed and can be mounted into a case thanks to its magnetic fixture.

Enhanced PCB Design

Many fan hubs use a very basic PCB design with next to no protection or circuitry for signal quality improvement but the NH-FH1 is the opposite of that. The Noctua name echoes premium and high-quality products meaning that extra effort has been put into the PCB to ensure safety from overcurrents and short-circuiting. Noctua has achieved a safe and high-quality product with the use of resettable poly fuses that shut down in the case of overcurrents or short-circuiting to protect the connected fans and surrounding components.

Price and Availability

The Noctua NA-FH1 features a 6-year manufacturer’s warranty and is available at Amazon for an MSRP of EUR/USD 34.90.
