After becoming obscenely wealthy from the sale of Minecraft to Microsoft, Markus “Notch” Persson, creator of the game, outbid Jay Z to buy a luxurious Beverly Hills mansion last week. Now, an industrious Minecraft player has recreated Notch’s new home in-game.
Dan Bovey, creator of the facsimile, has made the model available for download through his Planet Minecraft page.
Notch, $2.5 billion richer after selling his game studio Mojang to Microsoft, has now retired from the company.
