Since late last month, it has pretty much been all but confirmed that Nvidia would formally announce the launch of the 3080 Ti on May 18th. With it clearly offering many tasty potentials, anticipation was high for this GPU and what it would bring to the market. Well, with that all in mind, we have some both good and bad news. Following a report via Videocardz, it has been said that Nvidia has officially delayed the launch of the 3080 Ti by two weeks. However, the good news is that this new date will (all going well) also see the semi-unexpected launch of the 3070 Ti!
Now, as per all the prior rumours, take all of this with a grain of salt. However, if this is proven to be correct, then the new information regarding both the 3080 Ti and 3070 Ti would suggest the following. And remember, this is (apparently) for both graphics cards!
The only mild curiosity is that unlike the prior leak this new source has not yet claimed any specific release dates. Albeit, based on the previous information, it’s likely that both the 3080 Ti and 3070 Ti will be available to purchase on June 10th. As we have often said in the past though, Nvidia loves misinformation, and perhaps worse of all, we do not expect the stock situation to be any better than what we’ve seen from 30XX models so far.
