NVIDIA Bundles Shadow of War with GTX 1080/1080 Ti Cards

For a limited time until October 16, users who purchase an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 or GTX 1080 Ti graphics card is eligible to get Middle Earth: Shadow of War for free. The good news is that it extends to those who buy pre-built systems containing these GPUs as well. This includes desktops and laptops. Middle Earth: Shadow of War is set to come out on October 10, 2017 so the timing is right for this promotion.

NVIDIA Shadow of War Promotion

It would not be NVIDIA without some caveats of course. The qualifying GPUs include: GeForce GTX 1080 Tim GeForce GTX 1080, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti desktop, GeForce GTX 1080 desktop, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti notebook, GeForce GTX 1080 notebook.

The number of redeemable games is also limited, plus the bundle is also available in some regions. If you do not live in any of the countries listed on this page, then you are unfortunately out of luck. There are 40 countries on the list so chances are you qualify, unless you live in a truly remote area.

Also, NVIDIA is known to hardware-lock the free games. This means you cannot re-sell or give away your game code do your friend and expect it to work.
