Nvidia posted their financial report of the current fiscal year which shows that it has earned a revenue of $4.28 Billion. During Q4, the chipmaker earned $1.1 Billion, a significant 16.1% year-on-year increase. Nvidia’ net income went as high as 50% and hit $174 Million, more than what the company earned during the same period of last year with an amount of $116 Million.
Nvidia’s Tegra line of processors cashed in $764 Million in revenue, whereas the GPU section earned $3.25 Billion in total. As of now, Nvidia is working on the production silicon of the Tegra 4 platform with 4G LTE support and also have ventured into handheld gaming with its Project Shield.
