NVIDIA has promised to release regular ‘Game Ready’ driver updates for the latest games to provide a launch-day optimized experience. The 359.00 driver is essential to play Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate and the Overwatch: Beta at optimal settings. NVIDIA also included a number of SLI profiles to properly utilize dual GPU configurations. Here is a complete rundown of the latest driver:

At the time of writing, it’s quite difficult to navigate to the 359.00 driver as GeForce Experience and NVIDIA’s download page only grant access to the older 358.91 driver. Strangely enough, the driver can be downloaded from NVIDIA’s Latin America servers without any problems. I’m sure this is just a small delivery bug and should be available through GeForce Experience very soon.
