According to SweClockers.com, NVIDIA is gearing up to launch the GeForce GTX 960, a mid-range video card that will be based on NVIDIA’s currently unknown, and never-before-seen, or heard of GM206 core.
The GeForce GTX 960 would feature 4GB of RAM, with NVIDIA utilising a 256-bit memory bus. It has been previously rumoured that NVIDIA would use a 128-bit memory bus on the GTX 960, but we could be proven wrong yet. The sheet that SweOverclockers got their hands on also mentions clock speeds of 944MHz, and memory speeds of 6GHz.
CES 2015 takes place in Las Vegas, starting on January 9, 2015 – we will be there, and reporting on this as it happens.
