NVIDIA GM200 Specs Leaked?

An anonymous tester has benchmarked an as-yet-unnamed GPU, using the SiSoftware SANDRA diagnostic software. Based on the specifications, it seems the graphics card is powered by NVIDIA’s unreleased GM200 processing unit.

The user posted the benchmark data on the SiSoftware website. If the specification s are to be believed, then the GM200 GPU features:

  • 3072 stream processors;
  • 24 streaming multiprocessors (SMM);
  • 3MB L2 cache;
  • 384-bit memory bus.

That would give the GM200 50% higher compute performance than the GeForce GTX Titan Black.

The first NVIDIA graphics cards with GM200 processors are expected to launch early 2015, set to go head-to-head with AMD’s Radeon R9 390X.
