NVIDIA Intros $625 RTX 2000 ADA Workstation GPU With 16GB VRAM

Gaming GPUs are of course the main course for most of us, but some people need something with a bit more efficiency and that comes from NVIDIA’s workstation GPUs including the brand new RTX 2000 ADA GPU delivering 1.5X the performance of the previous generation, 16GB of VRAM, no external power requirements and all for $625.

This card is designed to streamline the workflow of compact workstations with capabilities tailored towards the AI-accelerated future. It is equipped with 16GB of GDDR6 on a 128-bit interface providing 224 GB/s of memory bandwidth and it features ECC. The GPU includes 2,816 CUDA cores, 88 4th gen Tensor cores, 22 third gen RT Cores, all offering up to 12 TFLOPS of single-precision performance, 27.7 TFLOPS of RT Core Performance and 191.9 TFLOPS of Tensor performance. All of this comes with a board power of just 70W meaning there is no need for external power cables.

Price and Availability

The NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada is available now through global distribution partners such as Arrow Electronics, Ingram Micro, Leadtek, PNY, Ryoyo Electro and TD SYNNEX, and will be available from Dell Technologies, HP and Lenovo starting in April.
