So NVIDIA have been on the ball lately, new games released recently have been covered by a new driver to maximise compatibility with the GeForce graphics cards.
Keep the trend going, NVIDIA have released a new driver GeForce 350.12 WHQL ready for GTA V in a few hours. It is a fairly hefty download of 283 MB, but it replaces older drivers, so don’t freak out if GTA has taken up all of your available space. The new driver covers almost every NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, all the way back to the GT 420; so almost everyone can enjoy the game; albeit not at 60FPS. The driver can be found here!
Now, even though this is a specific GTA V driver, it also adds a few more benefits such as added and improved SLI support for games such as Project Cars and Assassins Creed: Rogue. Along with the new additions it also fixes some issues from the previous driver, the main being Kelper bases graphics card crashes during Battlefield Hardline gaming sessions.
Are you itching to get your game on? Just a few hours left now people (midnight GMT). Get your coffee, pep pills and munchies sorted, there are going to be a few all nighters tonight.
