Nvidia have released a newer WHQL driver which adds optimization for Far Cry 3 and claims that it will provide up to 38% faster performance in Far Cry 3 with a GTX 680.
That’s not the only games that Nvidia is offering optimisations on. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and Assassin’s creed III will have upto 26% and 13% faster performance whereas Skyrim will get 9% better performance, Medal of Honour: Warfighter, Starcraft II, Dragon Age II and Batman: Arkham City will have up to a 6% boost with GTX 680 cards, followed by S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat which will have at least 5%.
Nvidia also says that Black ops 2 and Assassin’s creed III will have smoother “shimmer-free” graphics with TXAA Anti-Aliasing. The game and graphic card list has been put up here.
Nvidia also adds a new security update for the Nvidia display drive service executable file which was recently discovered to be vulnerable.
