NVIDIA Releases GeForce 372.70 WHQL Driver

NVIDIA has released the GeForce 372.70 WHQL Driver, which is Game Ready for World of Warcraft: Legion, Battlefield 1: Open Beta, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, and the Steam version of Quantum Break.

Provides the optimal experience for World of Warcraft: Legion, Battlefield 1: Open Beta, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, and Quantum Break on STEAM.

New Features

Enabled Fast Sync for Maxwell GPUs and the Extended, Clone, and Surround multi-monitor configurations.

Application SLI Profiles

No SLI profiles were added with this version.

3D Vision Profiles

Added or updated the following 3DV profiles:

• Battlefield 1 – not recommended
• Deus Ex: Mankind Divided – upgraded to excellent

3D Compatibility Mode Profiles

No compatibility mode profiles were added with this version.

The driver, however, has a number of open issues, including (but not limited to):

Windows 10:

• [GM204] GeForce Experience unable to retrieve current settings and launch Quantum Break game. [1805041]
• [SLI, GeForce GTX TITAN] Mirror’s Edge Catalyst flickers for a few seconds after Alt+F2 is used to open the Ansel UI. [200231742]
• [SLI, GeForce GTX TITAN] The Mirror’s Edge Catalyst Intensity slider is set to 100 after Alt+Tab. [200231737]
• [SLI, GeForce GTX TITAN] The Mirror’s Edge Catalyst Intensity slider is shown as grayed out after filter type is changed to None from Custom. [200231735]
• [SLI, No Man’s Sky] Huge performance drop after interaction with starships if SLI is enabled. [200231722]
• [GM204] Quantum Break window either remains blank or freezes in game scene in windowed mode. [1804910]

Windows 7:

• [SLI, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided] Game crashes after being played for 20–25 minutes with Dynamic Super Resolution. [200231811]
• [Doom] Light sources flicker when observed through glass objects if TSAA 8x applied.[1805057]
