NVIDIA Rolls Out GeForce 381.65 Game Ready Drivers for Quake Champions Beta

NVIDIA has released GeForce 381.65 game ready drivers just in time for the release of their new flagship GeForce Titan Xp video card and optimal gameplay performance for Quake Champions closed beta. The game is a return to form for Quake with an extremely fast-paced twitch shooter combat that was popularized by Quake 3 Arena back in 1999. Quake Champions does not run exclusively on Id Tech 6 but rather a hybrid engine using Id Tech and Saber Tech, which will be less resource intensive than DOOM although Bethesda has not revealed any official system requirements yet or have given any indication as to what kind of hardware will be needed to run it smoothly.
In addition to GeForce Titan Xp and Quake Champions beta support, 381.65 WHQL drivers also brings Windows 10 Creators’ Update support, DTS X and Dolby Atmos support for 5.1.2 speaker configuration, Dolby Vision support, NVIDIA Ansel support for Snake Pass and Kona, as well as update the Descent: Underground SLI profile.
