Control at 1440p leaves me somewhat repeating myself as the 4070 sits in the middle of our charts with identical performance to the RX 6800 XT, though AMD do come in with marginally better 1% low figures, though nothing to shout home about. The RTX 3080 manages to storm ahead by 14% in this title, but one game really doesn’t make all that much difference.
4K is a very similar story, trading blows with the RX 6800 XT, though it’s still not enough to hit that magical 60FPS figure, where we find the RTX 3080 pushing 19% more performance out in comparison to the newest Ada Lovelace based GPU.
