In F1 22, the uplift from the 3090 Ti is modest at only 6%, which puts the 4070 Ti just below the 4080 which clearly shows some extreme levels of throttling due to the CPU.
While at 4K, things align much better, with the 4070 Ti now pushing slightly ahead of the 3090 Ti, though the RX 6950 XT still manages to come out slightly ahead.
