Doom Eternal saw some results at 1440p that just had us all laughing. With the 3080 Ti getting an impressive 359 FPS, we wondered how much better the 4080 could be, and with a 39% improvement, it left us gobsmacked at over 500 frames per second. Even compared to the 6950 XT, which is no slouch in this game, the RTX 4080 makes it look inferior coming in 19% faster.
At 4K, the RTX 4080 just keeps on flexing, now with a 33% lead over the 3080 Ti while the RTX 3090 Ti with lots more memory drew closer, but was still beaten by a huge 20% margin by the RTX 4080
