Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered
Developed by Insomniac Games in collaboration with Marvel, and optimized for PC by Nixxes Software, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on PC introduces an experienced Peter Parker who’s fighting big crime and iconic villains in Marvel’s New York. At the same time, he’s struggling to balance his chaotic personal life and career while the fate of Marvel’s New York rests upon his shoulders.
Available now on Steam.
In Spiderman at 1440p, and being a fairly CPU intensive game, we do find the 4080 dropping just below the performance of the 3090 Ti, though it does sit 8% higher in the 1% lows, lending to a better overall experience in game. Compared to the 3080 Ti, the RTX 4080 sees a small 3% gain, but again, with restrictions from the CPU, it was expected in this game.
At 4K, those restrictions are thrown out the window, where we see the RTX 4080 coming in 21% faster than the 3080 Ti and a still impressive 32% better than the 6950 XT from AMD. Last generation’s flagship 3090 Ti fares well, but even then, the new Ada Lovelace GPU still manages to beat it by around 10%.
