Hot on the heels of its 10-Series graphics cards, which culminated with the incredible Titan X, NVIDIA has revealed its new Pascal-based Quadro range. The two new cards in the Pascal Quadro range – which are built for use in workstations for creating computer-generated visual content – are the P5000 and the P6000, which feature 2560 and 3840 CUDA cores, respectively.The flagship Quadro P6000 features the new GP102 GPU, boasting while the P5000 sports the GP104. Both cards support DirectX 12, Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenCL, and NVIDIA CUDA, and can handle 4K visuals at 120Hz and 240Hz and 8K video at 30Hz.
The flagship Quadro P6000 features the new GP102 GPU, boasting a massive 24GB of GDDR5X RAM, while the P5000 sports the GP104 and 16GB GDDR5X RAM. Both cards support DirectX 12, Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenCL, and NVIDIA CUDA, can handle 4K visuals at 120Hz and 240Hz and 8K video at 30Hz, and have four DisplayPort 1.4 ports and one DVI-D port.

The NVIDIA Quadro P6000 and P5000 are set for release in October 2016. The launch prices for both cards are yet to be announced.
