NZXT Canvas QHD 27″ and 32″ Gaming Monitors Review

A Closer Look – Canvas Q32

Don’t adjust your monitors, this is indeed the 32″ white version of the Canvas. NZXT gave it a black front, which honestly, makes a world of sense. The white surround really throws off the contrast and your perception of colour on the panel. I’ve seen some monitors that had a white bezel right up to the display edge, and it just doesn’t look right. So this panel is set in black, giving it a more natural and professional feel. However…

The actual monitor is indeed white, which then makes it match the aesthetics of your room, assuming you have other white hardware. This is honestly the best of both worlds, and I really like what they’ve done here. As you can see, the monitor has a clean black panel design, and you can also see a standard 100 VESA mount.

The Canvas monitor stand is a two-piece design, just screw on the base, and clip the arm into the back of the monitor. It’s a simple process and only took about a minute to complete. The stand looks awesome though, with that classic NZXT perforated design that we see on everything from their gaming mice to their motherboard heatsinks.

A handle stick for the UI control, and it’s clickable to for OK/Power controls. There’s a subtle NZXT-purple surround on it too, which again matches up with their logo and highlights on their other products.

Need a little extra cable management back here? This handy clip-on cable tidy will help!

Connectivity is superb here, with DisplayPort, dual HDMI, Type-C with DP, a 3.5mm jack, and then dual USB 3 hub included too.

Overall, this is one sexy-looking display, and the stand looks utterly fantastic, whilst the panel benefits from slim bezels and that gently curved design.
