NZXT Cryo E40 Notebook Cooler Review

Congratulations on making it to the conclusion of this NZXT Cryo E40 review.
As always we want to give our thoughts on the product as it is before we consider whether its quality justifies its price. Now as you can see from the results, this is a high performance notebook cooler. NZXT have really struck a brilliant design innovation with the movable 80mm fans, allowing this cooler to suit any sub-15.6″ notebook’s cooling needs with ease. The finished product is high quality, thanks to the use of rubber and black aluminium for the most part – plastic is underused which is a pleasant surprise. The simplicity of the product is something to behold too, particularly the lack of cabling – only a single USB connector is required. Yes the product skimps out on USB ports and other features, but what it lacks in features it makes up for in the fact it is compact, light weight, portable and a truly high performance notebook cooler.
Coming in at around £22 (price correct at the time of writing) this is a very well priced notebook cooler. In fact I’d personally be happy to pay £30 for something like this so NZXT have really done well on the pricing. It offers style, performance and most importantly solid value for money.
