NZXT H7 Flow RGB Case Review

Complete System
Building a system inside the H7 was just as easy as you might expect. There is ample space to easily install an ATX motherboard, and while it would have been pretty funny if an NZXT ATX motherboard didn’t fit, it did, easily. The cable routing gaps are well thought-out too, and I just had zero issues getting everything where I needed it, as the rear cable channels and the PSU shroud provide all the help you need.
When it comes to GPU clearance, clearly, that’s not an issue, and while I “only” have an RTX 2000 series card in here right now, with 400mm clearance, even the largest RTX 4090 cards on the market today will still leave you with room for an AIO in the front of your build. Plus, even if didn’t have room, you can still get a 360mm radiator on the top anyway, and while very few people use dual 360mm coolers, it is possible here.
The front panels look amazing, providing a huge wall of airflow from the Flow front panel design, and since they’re all 140mm fans, they give good airflow even at lower RPM, meaning they’re remarkably quiet. Plus, the tightly fitting panels mean that air pressure isn’t getting out anywhere it shouldn’t, helping ensure a more positive air pressure and directional airflow, even for such a well-ventilated case design.
With all the panels back in place, it does look utterly stunning, with the glass, RGB and white finish acting as a great display case for our internal hardware. I’m sure the black version will look pretty stunning too, although since that has glass and RGB too, I would hardly guess it’s stealthy by comparison.
